My problem, requiring help from the university e__e :

“One of the hinges on my wardrobe door has detached from the inside of the wardrobe; it’s still attached to the door itself but is disconnected from the wardrobe interior.”

Their response:

“The job has been categorised as URGENT. You should therefore expect an initial response and assessment by 29 February 2012. Wherever possible, the job will also be completed within this timescale. If your job is still outstanding following this date, please contact us for further assistance.”

…urgent? well, okay. but. why tomorrow when I’m in classes almost all day why are you so cruel/awkward
